When proofreading, always try to review drafts as slowly as possible and several times. In addition to looking for spelling errors, search for style inconsistencies such as the number of spaces between sentences, use of caps and lower case, serial commas, first-time introduction of acronyms uncommon enough to be spelled out, and italics for titles of books and shows.
