Susan Carol

Susan Carol is an accredited public relations professional with more than 25 years of experience. She founded Susan Carol Associates Public Relations in 1989 to address the communications challenges of clients developing products and services in the fields of technology, healthcare, and equipment leasing and finance.

A seasoned PR professional, Susan and her hand-picked team of strategists, writers, designers and producers help organizations develop rewarding relationships with their target audiences. Her goal is to enhance the recognition, understanding and credibility of her clients' businesses. A visionary who looks beyond individual projects and considers the "big picture," Susan continually studies how her clients' interests are affected by emerging forces in the media, culture and economy. As the CEO of a growing business, she brings an entrepreneur's creativity, optimism and drive for excellence to each client relationship, determined to deliver fresh ideas, quality work and honest value with each project.

Prior to founding Susan Carol Associates, she held communications management positions at the United States Telephone Association, the Equipment Leasing Association and MCI. She also served as a public information officer for the U.S. Army in Karlsruhe, West Germany.

She has spoken about e-commerce in the equipment leasing industry for Euromoney's World Leasing Conference, Lessors.com and the Australian Equipment Leasing Association.

Susan is an accredited member of the Counselors Academy of the Public Relations Society of America, the World Future Society and president of the Fredericksburg (Va.) Public Relations Society. A graduate of the School of Journalism at Penn State, Susan reported for several newspapers and a radio station in Lancaster and Harrisburg, Pa., before launching her PR career.

She is an avid tennis player and voracious reader.
