scapr2Susan Carol Associates from Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Chicago and West Virginia met recently in D.C. with colleagues from as far away as Texas and New York waiting to join in via conference call. A few hours earlier, a police incident had shut down several blocks near our planned meeting place, prompting our CEO Susan Carol to secure a new location for the meeting, fast.

Once gathered, we did what companies do from time to time: set goals, and outlined what makes us, us. Our group includes marketing communications strategists, public relations managers, our business manager, content writers and editors, a graphic designer, a Web developer, event experts, a multimedia specialist, and an associated video team.

We all bring a variety of strengths and styles to our group. For example, our content writers include experts in developing advertising and promotional copy, news stories, feature articles, social media content, and every style in between for digital and print communications.

scapr1So what makes us, us? We quickly concluded that “Creativity” is the key strength we bring to all of our client engagements. While our clients are busy being the best at their professions, our job is providing creative solutions to their communications and marketing needs.

Two other strengths emerged at our meeting: results, and professionalism. We deliver high quality communications that achieve measurable results for our clients, enhancing the professionalism of their companies.
